Meet Pastor Alan

Cornerstone Community Church would like to introduce to Kimball and surrounding communities our new Lay Pastor Randy Bohac. Having lost their long-time pastor to retirement they reached out and offered Randy the opportunity to serve their congregation and to keep it growing and going forward in sharing God’s word.

 

The leaders of the congregation being satisfied with the competence and commitment of Randy to Jesus Christ have laid some duties as requested from their Session.

 

They include Leading Worship and preaching the gospel, Administering the Lord’s Supper, watching over the people of this congregation and providing for their nurture and service, including hospital and home visits. Administer the sacrament of Baptism, attend and moderate Session meetings when needed, perform a service of Christian marriage, perform funerals, participate in activities/meetings sponsored by the Kimball Ministerial Association and to be present in the community and to be involved in community service. 

 

So it is for those that know Randy he is a life long resident of Kimball. He has always said that he wanted to be a missionary out of high school and now this is where God has led him. When he’s not behind the pulpit sharing God's word he is serving as treasurer of the Ministerial Association, is on the Panhandle Public Health Board, and is entering his 45th season of officiating high school basketball.
